solution Architect

Symmetrix is looking for a developer with 1+ years of professional experience that wants to accelerate their growth. We will have incremental milestones, but the goal of the position is to have full-stack leadership of a stand-alone product in a year. The high level goal is to turn you into a senior developer as quickly as you are able.

We are a company of Senior Solution developers that does not have a formal training program. What we do have are extremely smart, humble and communicative senior developers that work together as peers and want this new resources to be as good of a listener and learner as they are.

Our work is built around small teams where often there is only one developer. However the work is interrelated which allows us all to share ideas and evolve what we do by our collective wisdom. We typically use the Microsoft stack on the backend, Azure DevOps, and the front end varies between REACT, Angular, Razor and others. Note that the opportunity to work on native tools with WPF and Blazor would also be available but not required.

Our small company culture is customer and developer focused with a great work life balance. We have a destination office (really, check it out), but you can work from home as much as you like and you won’t be bombarded with meetings. We love our work and that’s what we want to focus on.
